As a local authority school we are required to teach the National Curriculum but we look for ways to ensure that our teachers deliver the required information in a way that could be easier and more engaging for children to learn. There is mounting evidence from child development experts that children learn best when they have a personal interest in a subject and understand how something they are learning is relevant to other subjects. We also believe our asset as a beautiful, rural school makes utilising the outdoors as an extension to the classroom provides a wonderful benefit to children. Our approach for all children is to make learning fun and real.
New Forest School Sessions announced for the Stay and Be Curious Playgroup.
