ParentPay is a secure web application that allows parents to make secure online payments by credit and debit card for all school related costs and voluntary contributions. At Michaelchurch, we run a cashless office and all parents/carers are given a login to make payments online for the following services:

  • School meals
  • School visits
  • Extra curricular provision
  • One off costs (e.g. special days)

ParentPay uses state of the art security software that maintains the privacy of users at all times. Payments can be made online at any time of the day or night and a simple login procedure enables parents/carers to check their balance regularly.
